Set up to counter the bikelash occurring around the segregated cycle tracks being built in Bearsden, Friends of Bearsway provided support, petitions and advocacy rides for the innovative but vehemently opposed project that tried to link up safe cycling routes from the north of Glasgow into the city centre.
