GoBike Ride – Kilmacolm Circular – Sunday 7 October

Sunday 7th October – Kilmacolm Circular

We shall head out mostly on minor roads through Paisley, Linwood and Houston to Kilmacolm. After lunch, we’ll return to Paisley via the NCN75 path to visit a few more of the town’s attractions to be seen along the way, before continuing onwards to Glasgow. This ride has been rescheduled from March due to rather snowy conditions. All in, a 40 mile mix of urban and countryside sightseeing.

** Diversion ** NCN 75 Dalmarnock

There will be a temporary diversion in place from tomorrow Tuesday 25th September for two weeks along part of the NCN75 at Dalmarnock. This is due to the need to form two outfall points at the river Clyde. The diversion route is shown as the red dashed line on this map.

World Car Free Day – Glasgow – 22 September 2018

We are so excited to be a part of the team who will be bringing Glasgow their first ever World Car Free day celebration this very Saturday 22nd September 2018. On Kelvin Way we will be joining cities from all around the world in celebrating a reclamation of the street for people.

Seville – Network Network Network!

GoBike co-convenor Iona has recently returned from a beautiful trip to sunny Seville – a city that has been crowned by some, as the fourth most bicycle friendly city in the world. And what she found was a cycle network, a not always perfect network, but a fully linked up, joined up and functional… network.
