Sunday 03 December, A Glasgow Cycle Circular

It has been some time since we did a circular ride all around Glasgow. We will start by heading through the West End, then use the Clyde Tunnel cycle tunnel to reach Govan, and from there we will head across the South Side to reach Glasgow Green.

Once back across the river we will head through Dennistoun and onwards to North Glasgow. We’ll check in at the Stockingfield Bridge to see the latest artwork developments there, and then return to the West End, finishing in Kelvin Way around lunchtime. Along the way we will see parks, landmarks, the occasional view, cycle infrastructure, and some recent and proposed developments.

22 miles, with a few hills. Some short sections on busier roads.
We will meet at our usual starting place on the north bank of the Clyde, just to the east/city side of Bell’s Bridge at 10am.
