To kick off our shorter winter season rides, we will head along to Glasgow Harbour, then head through Knightswood and Blairdardie to climb up to Drumchapel, though it doesn’t yet look like this!.

Next we will cross over into Clydebank to visit the site of the Roman Fort at Goldenhill Park, and onwards to Dalmuir Park. The canal path will take us into Clydebank town centre, and we will visit the riverside as we start our return into Glasgow. The ride will finish around lunchtime.

20 miles, mostly on paths and quieter roads, with an unpaved path around the city boundary.
Meet 10am Bell’s Bridge, Congress Road, Glasgow.
Please note the Great Scottish Run takes place the same day. Although our route is not affected, getting to our start point may be, if arriving from the East or South.
